Every natural gemstone is different, even if only slightly. The images shown for each piece of jewelry are photos of the actual piece of jewelry that you will receive. 

In the jewelry industry, gemstones are measured in the metric system.  Since millimeters (mm) are smaller units of measure than 1/16th or 1/8th of an inch, more accurate gemstone sizing information can be provided when measuring in millimeters. As a reference, one inch is approximately 25-26 mm.  An item that is 38 mm is 1.5 inches. A cabochon that measures 8 mm is .31 inches. 

I only use genuine gemstone material.  I typically get my gemstone material at gem and mineral shows in the southwestern United States. 

Measurements are provided for every piece of jewelry. Usually measurements are given in both millimeters and inches.  The measurements given for earrings do not include the length of the sterling silver ear wire, only the actual earring.  Measurements for pendants do not include the the bail if it is not permanently attached (soldered) to the pendant. If the bail is part of the pendant and is not a separate piece, then the measurement includes the length of the bail. 

Measurements for the sterling silver necklace chains are also provided. The information in the item listing will tell you length of the chain in inches.  The thickness of the chain is also provided in millimeters.  If a necklace or bracelet is an adjustable length, that is indicated in the item listing. (The chain is included in the price of the necklace).

Typically, there is only one of every piece of jewelry that is shown in the online shop in stock. If an item is out of stock, that is indicated in the item’s listing. If you are interested in something that is out of stock, please contact me and I let you know how long it will take to make one for you. Or if you like a design and would like that design made with a different gemstone, please contact me. Usually it takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the design and materials. The completion time also depends on how many other orders I currently have to finish.

Every piece of SilverWear Jewelry that you purchase will come in a gift box. It will be ready to give as gift.  Every piece of jewelry includes a polishing cloth. You will also receive an anti-tarnish bag in which to store your new  jewelry to keep it tarnish free.  

All orders will be shipped by the United States Postal Service via Priority Mail or First Class Mail. Orders are shipped within 2-5 business days. You will receive an email when the order ships which includes the tracking number for the shipment.   If you are in a rush to receive your order, please contact me and I will try to meet your needs.  Additional rush shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer.  Please understand I cannot be responsible for postal delays which are out of my control. 

If you require international shipping, please contact me before making a purchase.  All shipping fees, customs fees and tariffs are the responsibility of the buyer. Please carefully check your country's policies and regulations before considering a purchase.

If you prefer, you can pick up your order at the SilverWear Jewelry & Fine Craft Gallery in Ojo Sarco, NM.  The gallery is about an hour's drive from either Santa Fe or Taos, just off the High Road to Taos.  Contact me to make an appointment if you want to come to the gallery to pick up your order.  

There are two ways to redeem a SilverWear Jewelry e-gift card. You can redeem your e-gift card when making a purchase in the online Shop. To redeem the e-gift card, enter the 16 digit redemption code exactly as it appears in the coupon code field when checking out. Gift cards are usually available to redeem within 3 hours of purchase.  If you do not use the entire balance of the e-gift card for the purchase, you can use the remaining balance when making a future purchase. 

To check the balance remaining on a gift card you can go to: https://squareup.com/gift/EMQTBFBXXEN7W/check-balance. It may take 24 hours before the balance is updated.  

The second way to redeem an e-gift card is to use it when purchasing items in the SilverWear Jewelry & Fine Craft gallery. You can use your e-gift card to pay for anything for sale in the gallery, including the work of any of the other artists represented in the gallery. The gallery is currently open by appointment only. Contact me to make an appointment to come to the gallery.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, I will gladly exchange the item or refund your money. Contact me within 3 days of delivery if you would like to exchange it or get a refund. Then ship the item back within 10 days of delivery. I will provide you with the return shipping address. All items must be in their original and undamaged condition when I receive them back from you.  Your refund or exchange will be issued after the item has been received.
